Responsibilities: Manage business critical real-time trading systems in order to identify issues and problem areas Ensure the smooth running of the firm’s trading and execution systems using in-house proprietary software applications and tools Carrying out trade surveillance Interacting with operations technology teams Implement new systems and configuration updates for the purpose of trading operations, risk management and new markets/product launches Testing of software releases, upgrades and applications as part of the trading system Assisting in the training of relevant staff to ensure continuing competence in accordance with the CySEC regulation Troubleshooting a variety of trading issues and liaising with appropriate teams where necessary to ensure their resolution Keeping up to date with changes in market conduct regulations Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field Solid experience in a trading or dealing role within a regulated financial institution (CySEC, FCA, or equivalent).Strong knowledge of financial markets and regulatory environments Good understanding of risk management and compliance requirements in proprietary trading Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working independently Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
