Role Overview
We are seeking a senior marketing leader to define and execute group-wide marketing strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives. This role focuses on brand leadership, retail and digital performance marketing, customer engagement, team development, and driving enterprise-level marketing impact across multiple business verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Group Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute the Group Marketing Strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives
Translate business goals into integrated marketing roadmaps, annual plans, and measurable outcomes
Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on brand positioning, customer insights, and market expansion
Retail, Digital & Performance Marketing
Oversee retail marketing initiatives including showroom launches, footfall-driving campaigns, and customer experience programs
Lead digital marketing strategy across social media, performance marketing, content, influencers, CRM, and emerging platforms
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through data-driven marketing decisions
Track marketing ROI, campaign performance, and effectiveness using analytics and dashboards
Candidate Profile
Educational Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field from a recognized university
Masters degree will be an added advantage
Experience & Leadership Profile
10–15 years of progressive marketing experience in multi-channel, multi-business environments
Strong experience in retail, FMCG, lifestyle, or consumer-driven industries
Proven ability to lead large-scale brand, digital, and performance marketing initiatives
Strong people leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic execution skills
Commercially driven, data-oriented, and innovation-focused mindset
Excellent communication skills and leadership presence at senior and board level
