You will control the complete enrollment system for GT Anywhere and direct brand strategy across virtual, campus, and summer offerings. Your objective is clear: transform high-intent demand into 1,000 enrolled families while positioning gt.school as the authoritative choice in gifted K–8 education. There is no existing framework. You will design the funnel, establish positioning, execute experiments, and construct a dependable operational system leveraging agencies, freelancers, and technology. You will function with independence and direct responsibility for outcomes. What You Will Be Doing • Controlling the complete enrollment funnel for GT Anywhere with full accountability for enrollments, conversion performance, and CAC • Architecting and executing ongoing experimentation to identify and resolve critical conversion barriers • Leveraging GenAI capabilities and AI-driven workflows to enhance marketing analysis, creative development, funnel assessment, and operational velocity • Developing the comprehensive marketing strategy across virtual, campus, and summer programs, encompassing positioning, audience segments, channel strategy, budget distribution, and quantifiable objectives • Creating a rapid-execution system that reliably delivers through agencies, freelancers, AI capabilities, and marketing platforms • Collaborating directly with enrollment and school operations to convert family insights into refined messaging and more effective creative assets What You Won’t Be Doing • Executing brand-awareness initiatives without enrollment responsibility • Serving as an order-taker for miscellaneous marketing requests lacking clear ROI • Navigating slow approval processes or extensive bureaucratic structures to launch campaigns • Prioritizing superficial metrics unrelated to actual family enrollment Head Of Marketing Key Responsibilities Design and manage a comprehensive growth system that transforms current demand into 1,000 enrolled families while establishing gt.school as the defining authority in gifted K–8 education. Basic Requirements • Bachelor's degree (BA or equivalent) • 10+ years of experience directing comprehensive marketing strategy and quantifiable results in startup, technology, or high-growth settings • Proven accountability for concrete conversion metrics including enrollments, revenue, CAC, and conversion rates • Advanced funnel analytics skills with demonstrated experience diagnosing challenges and identifying high-leverage opportunities • Track record defining brand strategy, positioning, and messaging at the organizational level • Applied GenAI expertise, with concrete examples of utilizing AI tools or AI-powered workflows to enhance marketing efficiency, operational speed, analytical rigor, or business performance • Demonstrated capability building and directing scalable operational systems using agencies, freelancers, AI tools, and marketing technology • Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) in a remote capacity based in the United States About GT School GT School is revolutionizing education with AI, expert coaching, and 50+ years of learning science. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
