What we're looking for
an experienced, entrepreneurial Head of Marketing to lead and scale our AI-native marketing and communication strategy.
You will own demand generation, positioning, brand, and growth initiatives across international markets. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and requires someone who understands both modern B2B SaaS marketing fundamentals and how LLMs, AI agents, and automation can transform the way high‑performing teams work.
You should be equally comfortable shaping category positioning, improving funnel performance, and building repeatable systems for content, distribution, research, and campaign execution.
You are data‑driven, creative, commercially sharp and excited by the idea of building a modern marketing function where AI is not an add‑on, but the core of the operating model.
Responsibilities
• You develop and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives, pipeline targets, and long‑term brand positioning.
• You own positioning and messaging for our ICPs across publishing, enterprise, internal communications, and content‑driven industries.
• You lead demand generation across organic, LinkedIn, founder‑led content, partnerships, SEO/GEO, lifecycle marketing, outbound support, and selective paid channels.
• You build and optimise scalable lead generation and nurturing funnels across the full buyer journey.
• You develop and refine a strong AI‑native marketing operating model, identifying where AI agents, LLMs, and automation can create leverage without sacrificing quality.
• You implement and improve AI‑powered workflows for research, content ideation, repurposing, personalization, campaign support, and marketing operations.
• You oversee content marketing, thought leadership, case studies, product storytelling, and executive/founder branding.
• You manage SEO, discoverability, and emerging GEO / AI search visibility with a strong understanding of structured, high‑signal content.
• You own marketing automation, CRM alignment, attribution thinking, reporting structures, and clean handovers into sales.
• You collaborate closely with the founder and the product team to align market insight, positioning, campaigns, and feedback loops.
• You manage and grow external partners, agencies, and freelancers where needed while keeping quality high and execution lean.
• You continuously test new channels, formats, and AI‑driven workflows, while staying focused on what actually drives results.
Qualifications
• You have 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with leadership or end‑to‑end ownership across demand generation, content, and growth.
• You have a proven track record in building pipeline and driving measurable growth, not just generating activity.
• You bring strong traditional marketing fundamentals across positioning, messaging, content strategy, funnel design, campaign execution, and performance measurement.
• You understand how modern B2B buying works and know how to build marketing systems that support both brand and revenue.
• You have hands‑on experience with modern AI tools and use them as part of your work not only for copy generation, but for building smarter workflows and scalable systems.
• You understand the practical use of LLMs, prompts, structured outputs, agents, and human‑in‑the‑loop automation in a marketing context.
• You are comfortable working with tools such as Claude Code, n8n, APIs, and modern automation platforms.
• You know how to identify where AI creates real leverage and where human judgment, editorial quality, and strategic thinking still matter most.
• You have a strong understanding of LinkedIn, social selling, founder‑led distribution, and executive branding, especially in B2B environments.
• You are highly analytical and can translate data, signals, and experimentation into strategic decisions.
• You have experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, attribution, and analytics tools.
• You are structured, organised, and able to build clarity in a fast‑moving environment.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset you take ownership, move fast, and are comfortable building as you go.
• You are fluent in English.
• Experience in media, publishing, enterprise communication, community platforms, or content‑driven SaaS is a strong plus.
• Bonus points if you have hands‑on experience building automation workflows (e.g. n8n) or working closely with technical/product teams on AI‑enabled growth systems.
