1 2 JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Director of Talent Acquisition Department: Recruiting Reports to: Chief Human Resources Officer Summary  The role of the Director of Talent Acquisition includes monitoring talent acquisition procedures, from sourcing to hiring, managing a team of recruiters and identifying high- potential candidates. Duties/Responsibilities  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings.  Lead all sourcing strategies.  Manage our external partnerships with colleges, job boards and HR software vendors.  Implement online and offline employer branding activities.  Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget.  Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication).  Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.  Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company.  Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates).  Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire.  Performs other related duties as assigned. Supervisory responsibilities  Manage, train and evaluate our team of recruiters. Requirements  Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management or relevant field.  Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates).  Good team-management abilities.  Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases  Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks).  Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.  Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Director or similar role.  Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.  Strong supervisory and leadership skills.  Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Work environment  Noise Level is moderate to loud Physical demands  Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.  Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Travel required  Up to 20% travel, by car or plane, to assigned regions that we currently provide services in or will be providing services in the future.
