Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead partner development and ecosystem expansion for RealSense ID within the Physical Access Control market.
This is not a traditional direct sales role. Success in this position is defined by the ability to identify, engage, and grow strategic partnerships with OEMs, platform providers, and solution integrators who will embed RealSense ID into their product portfolios.
The ideal candidate brings a strong network within the access control ecosystem, a deep understanding of the market landscape, and a proven ability to drive design wins and long-term revenue through partner-led go-to-market models.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and execute a partner-led sales strategy focused on the Physical Access Control vertical
Identify, engage, and close new OEM and strategic partnerships
Drive design wins by positioning RealSense ID as the embedded biometric engine within partner solutions
Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities across access control manufacturers, platform providers, and ecosystem partners
Leverage existing industry relationships to accelerate adoption and shorten sales cycles
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, R&D, and marketing teams to support partner success and technical integration
Support partners through evaluation, onboarding, and commercialization phases
Represent RealSense at industry events, customer meetings, and executive engagements
Provide market feedback to influence product roadmap and positioning
What You Bring
8+ years of sales or business development experience within Physical Access Control, security, or identity solutions
Proven track record of closing strategic partnerships and driving revenue through indirect or OEM channels
Strong network and established relationships within the access control ecosystem
Deep understanding of access control technologies, identity systems, and industry trends
Experience selling embedded technologies, components, or platforms into OEMs
Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a high-growth environment
Willingness to travel as required
Nice to Have
Experience with biometrics, facial recognition, or identity verification technologies
Familiarity with edge AI, computer vision, or embedded systems
Background working with hardware plus software integrated solutions
Experience working in startup or high-growth environments
