Apply Description 100% Remote | $40–48/hour + Bonus Opportunity | PT to Start First things first… We’ve built a strong reputation in fractional HR, and now we’re creating a fractional recruiting division to help growth-stage companies hire better, faster, and smarter without the cost of a full-time team. We’re looking for a scrappy, strategic leader who’s equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to recruit as they are designing the playbooks and processes that will scale this division. This is a flexible role — it will be part-time, variable hours, during core business hours, to start. Over time, this role will evolve to full-time, with about 40% high-level recruiting and 60% leadership as you build out and lead our fractional recruiting division. Note: This position offers flexibility, but our ideal teammate is someone who is fully dedicated to our mission, rather than balancing it alongside another role or business. (That said, if you already have an established business, we’re always open to conversations about acquisitions!) What You’ll Do On any given day, you might be: Partnering with client leadership teams to scope and execute recruiting strategies for high-level SaaS and tech roles (Director+, Sales, Product, Ops, G&A, etc.) Building and optimizing the infrastructure of a brand-new fractional recruiting division (processes, playbooks, tools, metrics). Leading client-facing recruiting projects end-to-end — job intake, sourcing, interviewing, closing. Collaborating with Atomus leadership on business development, helping shape our go-to-market recruiting offering. Managing and mentoring sourcers/recruiters (we’ll have a sourcer available Day 1, and the team will grow as client needs grow). Serving on the Atomus leadership team — participating in our weekly L10s, helping set and achieve company goals, and contributing to the overall growth and direction of Atomus. Ensuring client experience is exceptional — cultivating raving fans is core to how we work. What Will Make You Successful Experience: 8+ years in recruiting, with a varying level of types of positions. SaaS and tech industry experience required. Startup Mindset: You thrive in ambiguity, enjoy building from scratch, and aren’t afraid to wear multiple hats. Client-Centric: Strong presence with leadership teams; able to advise and deliver results in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Leadership: Track record of building and leading recruiting teams, plus the systems and processes that support them. Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills; confident presenting to executives and clients. Tools: Comfortable with ATS, sourcing platforms, and leveraging tech/AI to make recruiting more efficient. Creativity : Success in this role requires creativity to identify and engage passive candidates.
