Role Overview

As a Health Systems Director, you will be responsible for sales and access strategies for SOBI Rare Disease products. You will work cross-functionally to ensure access to therapy for patients in hospitals and other care settings. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of successful field sales experience, with at least 3-5 years of complex institutional experience in the Rare Disease, Specialty Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Medical Device industry.

What You Will Do

Your key responsibilities will include access, clinical acumen, partnerships, rare disease advocacy, delivering results, identifying and engaging with thought leaders, developing and executing business plans, and developing and executing account plans.
