About the Role Campus is hiring dedicated, student-centered Teaching Assistants to support instructors and play a critical role in student success within Campus’s live, structured online model. TAs lead discussion sections, support grading, hold office hours, and reinforce applied learning. This is not a grading-only position. It is instructional support within a live learning environment. All teaching and discussion sections occur between 6 and 10 PM EST. Academic Responsibilities and Essential Functions - Lead live weekly discussion sections - Provide grading and structured feedback - Hold virtual office hours - Support case study and applied project work - Reinforce professionalism, communication, and healthcare standards - Escalate academic or integrity concerns appropriately Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Sciences, Public Health, Business, or related field OR 1 to 3 years of professional healthcare industry experience. - Experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring undergraduate students. - Strong communication skills. - Passion for student success. - Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing.
