POSITION SUMMARY
Elevate Health Technologies is seeking a motivated Healthcare Sales Representative to develop new physician practice partnerships within the region. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business with community-based specialty practices.
Our primary focus is Neurology, with additional opportunities in Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, and other specialty markets. The ideal candidate has experience selling healthcare services or solutions to physician practices and is comfortable developing new relationships and managing opportunities from initial outreach through contract execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Territory Development & New Business
• Build and develop a pipeline of prospective Neurology practices and other qualified specialty physician groups within the defined Mid-Atlantic territory.
• Identify new opportunities through direct outreach, referrals, networking, conferences, industry relationships, and other business development activities.
• Build relationships with physicians, practice owners, administrators, and other key decision-makers.
• Conduct discovery meetings and needs assessments to understand practice operations, patient populations, specialty medication utilization, and growth opportunities.
• Present Elevate’s MID and IOI solutions to prospective physician practices.
• Coordinate the collection of practice data needed to evaluate program opportunities and develop financial pro formas.
• Present financial and operational opportunities in a clear and consultative manner.
• Manage qualified opportunities through the sales cycle, including initial contact, discovery, financial analysis, proposal, LOI, MSA/SOW review, contracting, and implementation handoff.
• Achieve or exceed established sales activity, pipeline development, and new-business targets.
Pipeline Management & Forecasting
• Maintain complete and accurate records in HubSpot, including prospecting activity, meeting notes, pipeline stage, expected close date, next steps, and relevant account information.
• Build and maintain an active, qualified pipeline within the defined territory.
• Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts and territory updates.
• Establish clear next steps for active opportunities and maintain consistent prospect follow-up.
• Monitor market activity, competitive developments, and changes affecting specialty physician practices within the region.
Internal Collaboration
• Work closely with leadership, finance, operations, and implementation teams throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate financial analysis and pro forma development for prospective practices.
• Ensure a clear and complete handoff to the implementation and operations teams once an agreement is executed.
• Provide market feedback to support the continued development of Elevate’s services and regional growth strategy.
• May assist with other territories as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of B2B healthcare sales or business development experience.
• Demonstrated experience personally prospecting for and closing net-new business.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets or quotas.
• Experience selling to physicians, practice administrators, healthcare executives, or other healthcare decision-makers.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate financial and operational concepts.
• Experience managing a multi-stage sales pipeline and longer consultative sales cycles.
• Proficiency with CRM systems; HubSpot experience preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel within Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience selling to Neurology practices.
• Existing relationships with Neurologists, MS centers, or specialty physician practices within the defined Mid-Atlantic territory.
• Experience in specialty pharmacy, physician dispensing, medically integrated dispensing, in-office infusion, buy-and-bill, biologics, healthcare services, GPO services, or related specialty medication programs.
• Understanding of specialty medication reimbursement, prior authorization, benefit investigation, payer dynamics, and physician practice economics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
TERRITORY & WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is a remote-based, field sales position created to support Elevate’s continued expansion within the Mid-Atlantic market.
The defined territory includes:
• Pennsylvania
• New Jersey
• Delaware
• Maryland
• Virginia
• Washington, D.C.
The representative will work remotely for prospecting, virtual meetings, CRM management, and administrative responsibilities and will travel within the defined territory for physician practice meetings, conferences, networking events, and other business development activities as needed.
Candidates located within or near the defined territory and those with established relationships with specialty physician practices in these markets are strongly preferred.
The position requires a professional and polished presence when representing Elevate Health Technologies to physicians, administrators, and healthcare organizations.
Pay: $71,711.11 - $90,000.00 per year
