Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide information about flights, services, and policies.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, striving to find effective solutions.
- Assist customers with reservations, changes, and cancellations, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Delta Airlines’ services, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive improvements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
