We are seeking a passionate and experienced High School Science Tutor to join our team at Ngenius Tutoring and Test Prep. As a tutor, you will have the opportunity to work with high school students, building their academic confidence and helping them achieve their full potential in science and other subjects.
Responsibilities:
- Tutor high school students in science, with a focus on chemistry and physics
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student
- Provide patient and supportive guidance to help students overcome challenges and achieve their goals
- Boost students' academic confidence and motivation, helping them to develop a love of learning
- Work with students in late afternoon/early evening hours, with flexible scheduling options
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of high school science concepts, including chemistry and physics
- Patient and supportive approach to teaching and learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with students of varying skill levels and learning styles
- Flexibility and adaptability in scheduling and tutoring approach
