Job Description:
• Run 4-5 live Zoom consultation calls per day with pre-qualified business owners
• Diagnose each prospect's situation through deep discovery questions
• Present the right program level based on their needs and goals
• Handle objections, navigate the investment conversation, and close
• Manage your pipeline in our CRM (Close), update notes, set follow-ups
• Hit 20 enrollments per month at target (20% close rate on 100 live calls)
• Participate in weekly call reviews and team trainings with our professional sales coaching partner
Requirements:
• 2+ years of sales experience closing deals over the phone or on Zoom
• Experience with high-ticket sales ($2,000+ per deal)
• Comfortable with 100% commission-based compensation
• Strong discovery and consultative selling skills (not hard-sell, not pitch-and-pray)
• Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and your own computer
• Available during USA business hours (8am-5pm)
• Coachable.
