Role Description
We are seeking motivated and professional Bilingual Call Center Representatives to join our remote contact center team. In this role, you will assist customers by:
• Answering inbound calls
• Making outbound calls
• Resolving issues
• Delivering outstanding customer support in both English and Spanish
This is a fully remote position for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping people.
Qualifications
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong computer and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity
