Qualifications • High school diploma or GED required. • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience. • Ability to navigate multiple screens and multitask efficiently. • Excellent communication skills. • Willingness to learn and receive feedback. • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to adapt to new technologies quickly. • Typing speed of 25 WPM with 95%+ accuracy. • Comfortable appearing on live video calls in a distraction-free workspace. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
