This role plays a key part in supporting market performance, improving workflows, and driving operational excellence across teams.
What You’ll Do
• Analyze market performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Support operational initiatives across claims, provider, and member processes
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Claims, UM, Provider Relations, IT) to resolve issues and improve workflows
• Monitor key performance metrics and develop reports to support leadership decision-making
• Identify root causes of operational challenges and recommend scalable solutions
• Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
• Track and support implementation of system updates, configuration changes, or operational enhancements
• Provide insights and documentation to support ongoing business operations and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (4‑year) in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, process improvement, or project coordination preferred
• Experience within a health plan or managed care environment is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
Requirements
• Experience with reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.)
• Familiarity with claims, utilization management, or provider operations
• Experience with system workflows, configuration, or process design
