Remote Loan Processor We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Loan Processor to join our innovative private lending company. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the entire loan lifecycle, from origination to payoff, ensuring a 5-star borrower experience, lightning-fast processing times, and next-level organization. Core Responsibilities Loan Origination Conduct initial loan evaluations and onboard new borrowers Communicate effectively with borrowers and title companies throughout the loan lifecycle Loan Underwriting & Closing Identify potential problems with loans and/or borrowers proactively Collect documents and prepare underwriting packets Finalize closing and funding with title companies Draft and collect signatures on all necessary loan documents Loan Servicing Handle monthly payment collections and record draw requests Oversee loan closings, including generating payoffs and managing mortgage releases Financial Management Help track and report on key metrics Maintain high awareness of all loan-related transactions Support the accounting team in accurate record-keeping Maintain document control over all files Collaboration Work with the team to continually improve and expand current systems and processes Contribute to solving big issues and driving company growth Growth Opportunities: We are passionate about continuing growth, both personal and professional. Qualifications College degree required 2+ years of experience in loan processing or other related field Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with CRM software Ability to thrive in a project-based environment Proactive mindset and ability to work autonomously Strong customer service orientation Spanish fluency preferred but not required Experience making decisions and analyzing borrowers is a huge plus Experienced with remote work Additional Details W-2 or 1099 option available 100% remote position with flexible schedule Preference for candidates based in Tulsa, OK Travel required for annual or quarterly team meetings Required to take 2 weeks of vacation per year Company Culture Join a small and mighty company culture where you'll be seen, heard, valued and work directly with the owners.
