We are prepared to offer a competitive salary to attract a top-tier candidate for this role.   Description:  Finvi is looking for a Talent Acquisition & People Operations Generalist  This position will be remote.  The Talent Acquisition & People Ops Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting our People Operations department.  This position is perfect for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who is passionate about talent acquisition or people operations and is eager to contribute to a dynamic team.  You will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support.  This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.  Visa sponsorship or transfer of an existing visa is not available for this position.
