I’m looking for a high-judgment Hiring Partner who can run hiring on my behalf, using my direction and standards, and help me hire aligned, high-performing, long-term candidates.

Hire candidates who are truly aligned with the role, responsibilities, and current company culture
Reduce my time spent on hiring without lowering quality
Improve performance quality and retention through correct role fit
You are measured by quality, alignment, and retention — not speed or volume.
? Key Responsibilities
Execute alignment-driven hiring and reject skilled but misaligned candidates
Apply my direction (requirements, skills, evaluation criteria, sample questions) to hire efficiently
Run interviews independently and evaluate:
Skill depth
Thinking clarity
Ownership & accountability
Communication & instruction-following
Submit evidence-based evaluation reports with a clear recommendation
? Success Metrics
Quality of output from hired candidates
Alignment with role expectations
Retention driven by correct role fit
Reduction in founder interview time
Accuracy of hiring recommendations
? Required (Non-Negotiable)
2+ years of hands-on hiring or recruiting experience
Strong evaluation and questioning skills (beyond CV screening)
Ability to judge alignment + execution, not confidence alone
Clear written communication and structured thinking
Ethical backbone — no shortcuts or favoritism
