As a Reception and Scheduling Support, you'll be the first point of contact and the friendly voice that sets the tone for every client interaction. You’ll play a key role in keeping communication flowing smoothly and ensuring every caller feels heard and cared for. This position is perfect for someone who’s upbeat, organized, and naturally empathetic—someone who enjoys helping others and doesn’t shy away from a challenge. • Monthly Compensation: 1,015 USD to 1,100 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Receiving inbound phone calls with professionalism and warmth • Making outbound calls as needed • Taking and relaying accurate messages • Scheduling and confirming calls • Following up with clients and team members Qualifications • 2-3 years of experience as a receptionist or customer-facing role • Fluent in English (spoken and written) • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Requirements • Excellent verbal communication • Strong organizational abilities • Attention to detail • Customer service mindset • Ability to multitask and prioritize • Friendly and bubbly personality • Proactive and resourceful • Empathetic and servicial • Tough-skinned and resilient • Adaptable and detail-oriented • Great at follow-up and staying on top of tasks Benefits • This position is home-based, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
