Role Description We’re looking for a seasoned HR leader with US and global expertise who can partner closely with our Chief of People to guide our domestic People Operations team through the next phase of growth. This role is equal parts strategic leadership and hands-on partnership. • Oversee our HR Director and HR Generalist • Lead key initiatives • Help build a consistent, thoughtful, and people-focused HR function across the company Qualifications • Extensive experience in Human Resources leadership, including prior experience managing HR teams and advising senior leadership • A well-rounded background across HR functions such as employee relations, performance, talent development, HR operations, and compliance • Strong judgment and the confidence to make decisions in complex or ambiguous situations • A calm, grounded presence that helps build trust with employees and leaders • Experience supporting a fast-growing or evolving organization • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive topics with professionalism and empathy • Prior experience in multi-state HR environments Requirements • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or executive HR leadership role • Proven success leading HR teams and developing HR managers or directors • Broad experience across key HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, HR operations, and talent development • Strong judgment and the ability to make clear decisions in complex or sensitive situations • Demonstrated experience advising senior leaders and influencing through trust rather than title • Prior experience supporting multi-state teams and understanding of state-specific employment laws • Experience guiding organizations through growth, change, or acquisitions • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • High level of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred Benefits • Fully remote first environment • Full health, vision, and dental coverage • Generous paid vacation, including your birthday & extra time off around major holidays • 401k-retirement plan with employer match • Employee advancement and growth potential • Company-sponsored professional development opportunities Apply tot his job
