This is a remote position.
The HNI Outreach Officer will support the expansion of Intelehealth’s individual philanthropy portfolio by identifying and engaging high-net-worth individuals (HNI/UHNI) interested in supporting digital public health initiatives.
The role will focus on prospect identification, relationship management, donor engagement, and stewardship, with an emphasis on building long-term philanthropic relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prospect Identification
- Conduct research to identify potential HNI and UHNI donors.
- Build and maintain a prospect pipeline aligned with fundraising priorities.
2. Donor Engagement
- Coordinate meetings and interactions with prospective donors.
- Support preparation of donor engagement materials.
3. Relationship Management
- Maintain ongoing communication with HNI donors.
- Coordinate updates on program impact and organizational progress.
4. Donor Stewardship & Renewal
- Support regular engagement with existing donors.
- Coordinate personalized updates and recognition where appropriate.
- Assist in discussions related to continued or expanded support.
5. Event & Networking Engagement
- Support participation in relevant networking platforms and donor events.
- Assist in follow-up communication with prospective donors.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or relationship management
- Experience engaging HNI/UHNI donors or working in philanthropy preferred
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
