Logistical Support: Coordinate and oversee various logistical aspects, including travel arrangements, event planning, and personal appointments. Communication Hub: Act as a liaison between the expatriate executive and external parties, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and attention to detail. Cultural Integration: Facilitate cultural integration for the expatriate, offering support and guidance to enhance their experience in Saudi Arabia. Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in addressing unforeseen challenges, adjusting schedules, and providing solutions in a proactive manner. Required Skills: Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding and appreciation of diverse cultures, particularly in the context of Saudi Arabia. Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a well-ordered environment. Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Problem-Solving: Adept at identifying challenges and proposing effective solutions with a positive and proactive mindset. Discretion and Confidentiality: Uphold a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling personal and professional matters. Qualifications: Bachelor degree in a relevant field preferred. Prior experience in a similar role, particularly in supporting expatriates. Familiarity with Saudi Arabian culture and customs is advantageous. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
