What you will Give You will provide Daily Caregiving tasks and activities which may include: Dressing, bathing, toileting, and grooming assistance Medication Reminders Meal preparation Assistance with light housekeeping Engagements and outings Walking and transfer assistance Errands and Transportation You will maintain accurate and timely client notes, documenting tasks you performed with the client. Report any changes of conditions to office team.
