About the Host Recruiter - Airbnb (Spanish Bilingual): MarketStar is looking for a Host Recruiter to support our hospitality team. You will be identifying and recruiting hosts for our growing hospitality business. The perfect candidate will possess a deep knowledge of the client platform and exceptional networking abilities. Your responsibilities will include researching potential co-hosts, initiating contact, and managing communications to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Location: US - Remote What will you do? • Researching and identifying potential hosts for our Airbnb properties. • Reaching out to potential hosts via email, phone, or social media. • Conducting initial conversations to gauge interest and suitability. • Managing ongoing communications to ensure a smooth onboarding process. • Coordinating with the onboarding team to facilitate training and integration. • Maintaining a database of potential and current co-hosts. • Monitoring and responding to inquiries from potential co-hosts. • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies. • Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment progress. What Will You Need to Succeed? • Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or partnership development. • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken forms in both languages. • In-depth knowledge of the Airbnb platform and its functionalities. • Strong networking and relationship-building skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to research and identify potential co-hosts effectively. • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to manage multiple communications and follow-ups simultaneously. • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. This pay structure may include a variable bonus component. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
