Household Manager or Family Assistant Needed in Austin, TX!

About the position Responsibilities • Maintain the home's organization and oversee vendors and service providers. • Manage mail, assist with bill paying, and coordinate calendars and scheduling with other team members. • Maintain household inventory and supervise renovations and construction projects. • Perform light tidying and care for the principals' cars, including fueling and scheduling maintenance. • Conduct research as needed and assist with interior decorating and light plant care. • Proactively pitch in with various tasks and events. Requirements • At least 3 years of paid, professional experience as a family assistant, household manager, or personal assistant with excellent references. • Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and a clean driving record. • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed, with a current and valid passport. • Must have a flexible schedule, including occasional weekend and evening availability. • Current or willing to stay current on the flu vaccine. • Legal work authorization in the U.S. • Commitment to at least one year. Nice-to-haves • Experience working alongside other household staff is preferred but not required. • Tech-savvy and proficient in using digital tools for communication and organization.
