Position Overview:We seek a highly motivated and experienced HR Advisor to join our team. This role involves various responsibilities encompassing recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll management, employee development, and maintaining essential documentation. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the HR framework for DTC and its associated entities, including LaCroix Institute and ENS.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent.
- Facilitate comprehensive onboarding and training programs for new hires.
- Oversee payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Implement and manage HR Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll platforms like Desjardins Pay.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date HR policies and documentation.
- Guide HR best practices to support employee development and organizational growth.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Address employee relations issues and foster a positive workplace environment.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a consulting or technology environment.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems, with specific experience in Desjardins Pay.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
