About the position Harris Health System is seeking dedicated healthcare professionals to join our team in providing essential services to the residents of Harris County, Texas. Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards. , Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. , Participate in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness. , Assist in the training and mentoring of new staff and interns. , Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Requirements Valid Texas nursing license or equivalent healthcare certification. , Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a public health or community health environment. , Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. , Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Nice-to-haves Bilingual skills to communicate with a diverse patient population. , Experience with telemedicine technology and virtual care delivery. , Knowledge of community health resources and services.
