June 21, 2025 Other Jobs To Apply No other job posts for this day. Overview We are seeking a skilled HR Data & Reporting Specialist to join our Global Business Services team. As a key partner to the entire HR organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of HR analytics. About the Role In this position, you will support the execution of our analytics roadmap, translate HR system data into meaningful analytics, and promote data-driven decision-making throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, implement, and use HR KPI dashboards for various stakeholders based on business requirements. Perform data analysis using Power BI and provide insights to understand KPI trends and facilitate strategic decisions. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, understand their reporting requirements, and advise them on potential solutions using existing systems. Offer business partnering support through data-driven analysis and insights. Collaborate with stakeholders within and outside HR to discuss improvement opportunities to ensure optimal usage of existing HR data through state-of-the-art technologies. Ensure adherence and compliance with internal and external GDPR-related policies and procedures/guidelines. Presentation of data analysis & insights to various HR stakeholders. Support the HR community to drive data quality in the HR system by designing and delivering data quality checks. Requirements Proven experience in HR analytics or reporting and/or with HR data information systems. Sound understanding of HR systems processes, functionality, and knowledge of HRIS (Workday would be a plus). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Strong presentation skills in line with firm branding, including presenting information through Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint. Team player who is comfortable working in a virtual global environment while also working independently and solving problems creatively. Fluent in English and comfortable communicating and presenting in this language.
