HR Generalist (Remote - Part Time)

Human Resources Generalist for Empower Talent Group Type: Part-Time Location: 100% Remote About Us We are a growing HR consulting firm dedicated to providing personalized, strategic, and people-focused solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. Currently supporting three clients, we’re looking to expand our team with someone who is passionate about HR and excited to grow alongside our company. Role Overview We’re seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and client projects. This person will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of core HR processes and helping our clients build strong people practices. Key Responsibilities • Assist with recruitment and selection processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination) • Support the creation and updating of employee handbooks and HR policies • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes • Handle basic HR administrative tasks (filing, compliance, employee records) • Maintain employee documentation and reporting for clients • Respond to basic HR inquiries and support client needs • Collaborate on culture, development, and employee engagement projects Requirements • Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in Human Resources • Solid understanding of general HR practices and processes • Strong organizational and written communication skills • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 • Bilingual (English/Spanish) What We Offer • Flexible schedule and 100% remote work • Opportunity to grow with a new, people-centered HR firm • Exposure to a variety of industries and HR projects • A supportive, agile, and collaborative work environment Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week Language: • English (Preferred) • Spanish (Preferred) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
