Learn the ropes of HR administration and documentation. Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with our recruitment team to identify top talent, schedule interviews, and participate in the selection process. Get involved in our employer branding initiatives. Employee Relations: Learn to address basic employee inquiries, assist in resolving issues, and support HR managers in fostering a positive work environment. Training and Development: Support the planning and coordination of training programs and development initiatives. Contribute to the enhancement of employee skills and competencies. Data Analysis: Gain exposure to HR data analysis, assisting in generating reports and insights for HR decision-making. Required Skills: Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Availability for a full-time internship, ideally for a duration of 6 months.
