Drive employee engagement interventions based on business needs and requirements, implementing initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and foster a positive workplace culture. Foster innovative thinking and contribute to the establishment of best practices in people management, constantly reviewing and improving current HR practices. Demonstrate a Can Do attitude, actively seeking opportunities to learn, explore new ideas, and contribute to the growth and success of the HR function. Qualifications: College passouts/freshers are encouraged to apply. Graduation in any discipline with an MBA in HR is required. Passion for HR and a strong interest in building a career in the field.
