Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to build and maintain positive employee relations. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
