Connecteam is seeking an HR Manager US to support and guide their Go-to-Market teams across the United States. This role involves overseeing Employee Relations, manager coaching, compliance, benefits management, and fostering an exceptional employee experience aligned with Connecteam ’s values. The role requires collaboration with the headquarters in Israel. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). At least 5 years of experience in an HR Manager or HRBP role, ideally in a high-growth tech/SaaS environment. Deep understanding of US employment law, compliance requirements, and benefits administration. Proven experience in employee relations, manager coaching, and enhancing employee engagement. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels. Proven capability to manage complex HR projects independently and proactively.
