HR Manager (US-Based Only) — High-Growth, Global Team - Contract to Hire

US-based only (required) | Contract | Immediate start We’re a fast-growing, technology-driven company entering a 2X–3X growth phase and looking for a hands-on HR Manager who can jump in immediately and partner closely with our small in-house HR team. This is an execution role — ideal for someone who thrives in scale, complexity, and momentum. What You’ll Do - Partner with our in-house HR team to run end-to-end HR operations - Own onboarding & offboarding for a global workforce - Manage payroll, timekeeping, and benefits using Gusto - Support employees across US, Europe, India, Middle East, and other regions - Ensure US labor law compliance and maintain HR policies - Be a responsive, trusted HR partner to employees and leadership Must-Have - Based in the United States only (non-negotiable) - 7+ years of hands-on HR experience - Strong experience with Gusto and Zoho - Experience supporting global, distributed teams - Highly organized, proactive, and execution-driven Nice-to-Have - Startup or high-growth experience - HR certification (SHRM, PHR, etc.) To Apply Please include: - Your experience with Gusto and Zoho - Your experience supporting global teams - Confirmation you are US-based Apply tot his job
