About the position Responsibilities • Analyze Plan data and recommend strategic initiatives for financial wellness and retirement readiness. • Mentor, train and lead a team of analysts in presenting data in a clear and concise manner. • Conduct strategic Plan benchmarking including AonHewitt Benefit Index, TAPF, and defined contribution (DC) studies. • Lead the relationship with third party administrators on benefit design, implementation, communication and on time delivery. • Ensure defined metrics are succeeding as identified. • Support the development of Plan language and recommend updates to existing Plan provisions. • Analyze proposed and current legislative and regulatory changes (PBGC, DOL, ERISA) and recommend Plan strategies accordingly. • Evaluate marketplace 'best practices' and recommend new technology and/or tools to facilitate employee engagement in personal financial management. • Evaluate and make recommendations for global financial wellbeing solutions as well as support the development of automation to improve efficiencies. • Review updates to Summary Plan Description(s) and modify based on Plan language modifications. • Support internal and external Savings Plan audits. • Contribute to the development of training and communications materials. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, business or similar field. • 4+ years' experience in U.S. retirement plans, specifically defined contribution plans. • Must have at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively and independently. • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written & verbal). • Strong organizational and project planning skills. • Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently in an accurate manner. • Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. • Strong analytical skills including advanced proficiency with Excel.
