Job Title: Human Resource Analyst Duties & Responsibilities: • HR Assistant will manage many of the HR functions for the organization, including but not limited to: • Assist with the daily operational of the Human Resources Department • Answering phone calls • Assist with employee/labor relations for the agency’s employees • On boarding & Compliance for new hire • Assist with training as needed • I9 Audits • Employee Handbook • Assist Payroll process Required Qualifications: • High School Diploma required, some college preferred • Experience in an HR Generalist/HR Admin role • General knowledge & experience of HR Laws & Regulatory Compliance Job Location: 100% remote Apply tot his job
