Trekksoft is hiring a full remote, part time HR generalist. Do you have experience in HR and a hands-on approach? Do you excel at organising, have a keen interest in people, and want to work in an international and flexible environment? As Human Resources Generalist you will work across the company to manage a variety of HR and administrative tasks. Create processes and policies to streamline HR, take care of all the administrative tasks related to this, occasional hiring and support management. This is a broad role that requires a solid background in Spanish labour law and beyond. The job will touch on a wide range of topics. Requirements Responsibilities: Review, maintain and own processes for onboarding, performance reviews, expenses, staff travel, company communications and surveys, across the organisation Own the hiring process from start to end, both for Spain and other locations. Manage job descriptions, conduct screenings, organise and interpret tests, participate in interviews, prepare contracts, manage all staff files Own payroll together with finance and external payroll partner Manage all types of employee absences and time tracking Work on employee quality of life improvement initiatives Organise team building, training weeks and events. Own all practical aspects associated with these Coordinate the use of our co-working space in Barcelona Be the main point of contact for staff enquiries and work related issues Support higher management Requirements: 5+ years of experience in an HR generalist role in an international company with employees in Spain and abroad Proven background in and knowledge of Spanish labour law Fluent English and Spanish. Other languages a plus Broad skillset and strong interest in recruiting, staff, and office admin Strong organisation skills and experience of managing and executing projects A flexible mindset and a hands-on approach - most of your time will be spent on execution Work home or from our Barcelona Co-Work and travel 1-2 weeks yearly to team events A Bachelor's degree You are a resident of the EU or are in possession of an EU passport Benefits Work in a fast-moving environment with opportunities to make an impact Be part of an international, young and enthusiastic team Full remote with specific in person days in our Barcelona coworking throughout the year Training support for online courses where desired Participate in our yearly Team Week at an international location.
