Position Summary: • Participate in projects case types such as performance management (coaching, counseling, PIPs, etc.) and data/analysis • Utilize previous experience handling conversations regarding delivery of performance improvement plans, terminations as well as ability to coach managers in these situations • Answer and address employee HR-related questions and concerns • Assist in researching and resolving employee relations inquiries and issues in a timely manner • Assist in processing leave requests and complaints, necessary investigations, and disciplinary actions • Utilize demonstrated knowledge of the HR field, including an understanding of federal, state, and local employment regulations • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED • 1-3 years of experience as HR Generalist in a Tech organization • Knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel • Must be highly skilled in pivots, charts, data analysis and formulas • Ability to multi-task under strict timelines • Strong time management skills and attention to detail Preferences: • Knowledge of Google (G-Suite).Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Chat/GVC etc. • Prior experience with ServiceNow • Knowledge of LucidChart, LookerStudio, Asana and DocuSign Wipro is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and makes all employment and employment-related decisions without regard to a person's race, sex, national origin, ancestry, disability, sexual orientation, or any other status protected by applicable law HRO Apply Job!
