Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Contribute to building a talent advantage, improving employee effectiveness, and increasing organizational efficiency. Learn from experienced HR professionals and develop essential skills to become a future HR leader. Participate in a four-month internship program accelerating professional development within the Human Resources team. About You The company is looking for: Second or third year student preparing for a university bachelor's degree or college diploma in human resources management, industrial relations, or business management. Graduation expected in spring 2027 or 2028. Able to work in a Bell office in Toronto or Montreal at least three days a week (hybrid work model). Leadership aptitude with a goal-oriented approach and ability to focus on individual tasks while understanding the big picture. Strong communication skills, able to express clearly and concisely both orally and in writing, and listen to encourage transparent dialogue. Ability to gain trust by demonstrating fairness and respect, foster belonging, and be flexible, responsible, and collaborative. Desire to challenge the status quo and experiment to find solutions that impact Bell customers. Willingness to develop skills and learn from others.
