This individual should be a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to develop and implement Human Resources programs and initiatives that meet the company?s business objectives. The successful candidate should have a Bachelor?s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources; and a comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices and regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong customer service focus and the ability to work with diverse teams.
