The Recruiter is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process to achieve Climate Pros staffing goals. This involves creating local and national recruitment plans, using traditional sourcing strategies, and exploring innovative recruitment ideas. The Recruiter plays a crucial role in ensuring that we attract the best talent available. They oversee all aspects of the recruitment process... including collaborating with the management team to understand current job openings, managing applications, coordinating prescreening and on-site interviews, organizing hiring meetings, and creating and extending job offers. Duties and Responsibilities: Work closely with hiring managers to fully understand their hiring needs for every position and meet hiring goals and expectations. Manage the entire recruitment process for various open roles, including field support and SG&A positions, by assisting managers in finding, hiring, and retaining quality candidates. Cultivate strong relationships with qualified candidates using a database, which can be used to fill positions when they become available. Collaborate with hiring managers, the HR team, and colleagues to refine and implement innovative recruitment strategies. Stay up-to-date with job boards, social networks, and other recruiting sources to find quality candidates. Research the local markets to identify recruitment events that are relevant to our industry. Connecting with Local Union Halls is included. Enhance the organization's attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices, monitoring job offers and compensation practices, and emphasizing benefits and perks. Achieve human resources and organizational goals by completing related tasks as required. Collaborate with hiring managers to encourage current employees to refer their acquaintances for job openings and support our company referral program. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for achieving quarterly goals that are known as "Rocks". These goals are directly related to your role in the hiring process. Desired Skills, Certifications, and Education: 3-5 years in full-cycle recruitment Bachelor's degree in HR or related field a plus Experience with Union Recruiting Exceptional abilities in both verbal and written communication Strong organizational and negotiation skills. Applicants must possess previous experience in designing and executing different sourcing plans and tools. Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches or projects. Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in a remote setting Have a good understanding of computers and capable of quickly learning new software Computer knowledge: LinkedIn Recruiter, ADP Workforce Now, Recruiting Management, or any ATS, MS Teams, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, and Zoom Be an honest team player, growth-oriented, ability to do whatever it takes; safely! Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk; occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds; noise level is usually moderate. All employees may be required to visit a customer site and/or complete a ride along with a field technician as part of their employment.
