Human Resources Representative

Human Resources Representative Calculated Hire is looking for an HR Representative to serve as the first point of contact for the resolution of basic HR inquiries, requests and issues related to our Health Insurance clients HR systems. This is local opportunity in St. Louis working full time hours... Responsibilities: • Receive and respond to incoming electronic requests and calls related to the various HR systems • Research and respond to basic HR questions utilizing and referencing HR policies, procedures and programs • Maintain records of transaction for all customer contacts into a call tracking system • Support and educate employees in the use of HR applications • Guide employees in navigating through employee self-service and manager self-service functionality and troubleshoot non-technical inquires related to HR system • Identify issues which require further research and interpretation, escalate to senior department members or third party administrators, and follow up in a timely manner to resolution • Perform basic data analysis • Support projects related to HR Services, system upgrades or new workflow processes Qualifications: • Experience in HR or Customer Service • Background resolving basic HR inquiries; requests; and issues • Good communication • Ability to work with a team or individually • Microsoft Office experience preferred • HCM Experience preferred • Experience working with call tracking systems preferred • Bachelors Degree preferred Benefits of working with Calculated Hire: • Previous experience working with this client and placing both permanent employees and contractors • Direct communications with the hiring manager, which allows us to have a clear understanding of the timeline and move candidates through the interview process faster Apply Job!
