Key Responsibilities: • Provide Personalized Beauty Consultations: Understand clients' beauty goals and recommend products that help them look and feel their best. • Demonstrate Product Application: Showcase your expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines. • Stay Current with Beauty Trends: Be the first to know about the latest beauty trends and new products at Sephora. • Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients. • Participate in Sales and Promotional Events: Be part of exciting sales events and promotions. • BOPIS and Client Service: Provide excellent client service when clients arrive to pick up their orders. • Maintain Store Environment: Help maintain a clean, well-stocked and smoothly operating store. Qualifications/Experience: • Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail • Passion for client service and beauty. • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask. • Resilience and the ability to react to situations in the moment. • Flexible availability to work during “peak” retail hours. • Consistent and reliable attendance. • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including qualifications for the position and relevant experience; and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position or location. Sephora now offers a Flex (on demand) position for employees who can work anywhere from 0-19 hours a week. This flexibility allows you to balance your work schedule with other commitments.
