Position Overview: The Bookkeeper will assist the Controller with AP, AR, and ledger entries. Requirements Must Have Qualifications: • Strong functional knowledge of SAGE Intacct • 5+ Years ofexperience in a similar role Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with construction or government grant related accounting functions • Strong computer skills and familiarity with M365 (Office, Excel, PowerPoint etc.), SharePoint • Exceptional organizational, communication, problem solving, research and follow-up skills Location: Remote in the U.S.A. Travel: None Reports to: Controller Skill Level: Intermediate Education: BS Preferred Areas of Expertise: Sage Intacct, GAAP, Federal & State Grant Financial Reporting, Construction Accounting; General Ledger Employment Type: Temp, 3-6 month engagement Compensation: $70k/yr Key Responsibilities: • Performing A/P, A/R, and General Ledger functions. • Help ensuring ICAST is in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding account keeping Goals: • Be productive by working on projects within a week of hiring.
