Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Travel Bookings and Coordination: Assist clients with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and special requests, ensuring that their travel plans are executed seamlessly.
