About the Role: Office Receptionist - Evenings & Weekends
As an Office Receptionist at our Fort Wayne Ashley Furniture HomeStore, you will be the face of our company, providing a warm and welcoming experience for our customers. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility, including working on Saturdays from 10am-6pm or 12pm-8pm, Sundays from 12pm-5pm, and three weekday shifts from 12pm-8pm. If you're available to work evenings and weekends and are looking for a challenging yet rewarding role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and handling customer inquiries in person, ensuring that every guest leaves with a positive impression of our brand.
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
- Proactively calling customers regarding their orders and deliveries to keep them informed and satisfied.
- Collaborating with our sales staff to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our guests, driving sales and customer loyalty.
- Processing applications for our finance vendors efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

- Closing out the cash drawer and reconciling the day's business, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
