The Role: Health Entry Analyst

We're seeking an experienced Health Entry Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a Health Entry Analyst, you will play a critical role in our day-to-day operations, ensuring the seamless processing of incoming review requests and preparing them for assignment to our clinical reviewers. Key Responsibilities

• Screen and analyze incoming review requests for completeness and accuracy, ensuring that all necessary information is present and correctly formatted.
• Adhere to our workflow procedures to ensure that cases are properly prepared and assigned to our nursing staff, complete with all required documentation and information.
• Proactively engage with clients, MRIoA staff, healthcare providers, and facilities to resolve queries, obtain additional information, and address any issues related to active cases.
• Respond to requests from reviewers for supplementary information or materials, and notify relevant parties as needed.
• Monitor various queues, spreadsheets, and communication channels, performing tasks as requested by management or supervisors.
• Collaborate with our nursing staff to resolve complex issues on active cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Provide backup support to staff in other areas as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
• Participate in company meetings and committees as requested, contributing to our continuous improvement and strategic planning.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs and ensure that our service commitments are met.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by management, always striving to exceed expectations.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Healthcare Insurance, medical terminology, or Pharmacy, providing a solid foundation in healthcare operations.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines with ease.
• Strong independence and self-motivation, with minimal supervision required.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications, with excellent computer literacy.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, enabling you to navigate complex situations effectively.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills, facilitating clear and effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
