Key Responsibilities Ensure a customer experience lens in end-to-end planning, program management, and optimization of new AI-powered experiences Identify, explore, and pursue new business opportunities, analyzing industry trends, data, and consumer insights to inform digital commerce strategies Provide feedback on new solutions and designs in large cross-functional forums, focusing on customer experience and business priorities Drive the on-time execution of key discovery and planning activities, leading key business decisions and tracking backlogged priorities to influence roadmap planning Author and present detailed strategic briefs and presentations to inform cross-functional partners of business priorities, opportunities, and performance Conduct research on market and competitor trends, analyzing consumer behavior and internal performance to drive optimization, expansion, and business case development Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong and diverse skillset, including: Essential Qualifications 3+ years of work experience, with at least 1 year in an e-commerce, strategy, customer experience, and/or AI-related role Excellent analytical skills and a curiosity to uncover root causes, making data-driven decisions and developing strategies Experience working on customer-facing projects, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences Preferred Qualifications Experience working on at least one significant customer-facing generative AI experience or tool that drove tangible results Knowledge of and passion for technology trends such as AI, as well as the global retail and/or e-commerce B2C industry Proven track record of proactively problem-solving amidst ambiguity, with a bias for action and close attention to details Excellent verbal and written communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, including proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, or equivalent Demonstrated ability to build collaborative bridges and foster relationships with cross-functional and global teams, adapting to feedback and maintaining a customer-centric approach Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At Apple, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
