Responsibilities
- Operational Governance over the Project Management Office, its staff, policies, procedures, and tools
- Select and refine Project Management processes per industry best practices and PMI guidelines
- Optimize project performance & quality through repeatable lifecycle review
- Oversight and development of regular reports & dashboards enabling portfolio transparency including but not limited to; status, health, spend, schedule, risk, and utilization
- Administrative management of PMO tools
- Professional development of PMO staff
- 7-10 years experience in project/program management; experience working with executive C-Level leadership preferred.
- Consulting experience and/or driving organizational change initiatives helpful
- PMO domain knowledge and practical experience leading project managers
- Strong organizational and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence and communicate across all business levels
- Strong problem-solving levels
- Strong analytical ability and the ability to decipher and understand team dynamics
- Must be able to adapt to quickly changing situations
- Comfortable navigating highly regulated environments.
- Advanced computer skills with emphasis on project portfolio management (PPM) tools
- Ability to travel, both domestically as well as internationally, up to 10%
- Executive level engagement, presentation, and communication experience
- Previous experience working with remote and often offshore teams
- Fully proficient in M365 and related productivity products

- Base Salary Range: $ 121,000.00 to $ 163,300.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
